At Elegant Steps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all original tags/packaging).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
